
What triggers a successful sale during an inbound telephone call?
MÖBIUS conducts the Sales X-Ray research project which is intended to identify the determinants of success in sales calls.
We carried out the Telephone X-Ray research which established the factors that really determine customer satisfaction during a telephone call to a service department. This research delivered very useful information in order to apply resources in a more efficient way and was highly appreciated by the participating research partners. Today we introduce the Sales X-Ray research in which we listen in on 2,500 sales conversations, interview the concerned callers and conduct a scientifically proven analysis on more then 150 factors in order to discover their impact on the success of sale via the telephone.
