• Decisions about capital investments: what will be the impact on actual processes, feasibility in your environment and the final ROI? Simulation can even represent the future situation in a visual way.
• Redesign and optimisation of processes: simulation before implementation improves the chances of improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the process, thus reducing expenditure. You will get information on the impact on your performance and organisation (occupation, waiting times, service level, ...) of the redesigned processes.
• Visualisation of the solution (product and/or services) your sales department sells. With a custom-made library of your own products, the sales department can easily simulate the clients' environment with your solution. This will convince customers that your solution is the best and most feasible one for his environment.
• Control and management of your resources to optimise use of the capacity of those resources. Simulation will provide you an insight of the parameters (and their robustness) influencing your business (costs, service level, occupation, …). It will also allow you to identify risks and to quantify them.
