AMF Belgium is a forum where you can exchange experiences and information in an informal way with managers of companies active in different sectors of activities, however all busy with setting up, managing and optimising the different (sub) domains of after market and customer service.
Our ambition is to gather all the members twice a year. Those gatherings are an opportunity for you to frankly exchange and share ideas, to attend presentations at companies with a service organisation, to initiate white papers or research, to visit service companies, and last but not least: to discuss your challenges and seek for solutions during interactive workshop sessions together with your peers.
