Möbius has been guiding a diversity of Customer Experience transformations for years and through our proven experience we support manufacturers, distributors and service organisations in determining and achieving the ideal Customer Experience Strategy.

To further support our growth and make our team even more impactful, we are looking for a Customer Experience Consultant.

You love:

  • research, customer contact, exceptional colleagues and impact

  • collecting and analysing customer insights through quantitative and qualitative market research

  • translating customer insights into the right Customer Experience Strategy

  • Persona and Customer Journey Mapping to translate the ultimate customer journey into the ideal internal operation (teams, processes and systems)

  • magic with Excel and Powerpoint

Our ideal Customer Experience Consultant

  • has a master's degree

  • already has some experience in one of the following domains: Customer Experience, Market Research, Customer Service Redesign, ...

  • speaks fluent Dutch and preferably has a good knowledge of French and English

  • has a strong analytical mindset and excels in qualitative and quantitative research

  • is flexible, curious and likes variety and taking initiative

  • is customer-oriented, a team player and a convincing communicator
