Coline Questiaux leads complex, multi-stakeholder transitions, as a Program Manager Public Sector at Möbius. Her practice bridges transition management and strategic foresight: understanding the system, building a long-term vision and mobilising the ecosystem, all starting with the same capability this webinar explores, the ability to sense what is coming and decide with options rather than certainty.

Hendrik Vanmaele

Prof. Hendrik Vanmaele is co-founder of Möbius Business Redesign and a part-time professor at Ghent University and Vlerick Business School. With a background in engineering and a PhD in industrial management, he specialises in business process management and supply chain optimisation. As a consultant, he helps companies and public organisations model, analyse and redesign processes. His academic work focuses on simulation and optimisation techniques to support strategic decision-making. He has published extensively in national and international journals and conferences.
