Sustainability initiatives are under pressure. Regulatory and customer pressure might be at a low, but at the same time organisations feel that ESG-programs prepares them for longer-term challenges. How do we keep momentum today?

In our next sustainability excellence community, we will:

  • Explore how to effectively (re)align your program objectives to the needs of the business.

  • How do you design ESG performance management (KPIs, targets) to drive change & ownership – next to external reporting.

  • Explore how best practices in change management makes your program appealing for both senior and other internal stakeholders that you need support from.

To conclude this session, we will provide lunch, complimentary for all attendees.
