Möbius is a young, wildly ambitious company that originated at Ghent University. As a consulting firm, we help organizations in various sectors designing and implementing innovative solutions. Our more than 140 colleagues in Belgium and the Netherlands dedicate themselves every day to working shoulder to shoulder with our clients to contribute to society.

As a Young Graduate, you’ll have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects across various sectors and domains of expertise. This will allow you to gain the necessary experience and enable you to define your own career path and continue to grow.

Our Young Graduate Program starts at the end of August 2027 and is meant for candidates who will graduate in June 2027.

What does the job of a consultant at Möbius entail?

After years of studying, the moment has finally arrived: it’s time to put your problem-solving skills and analytical insight into practice! But how do you do that?

🕵️‍♀️ You dive deep.

You will explore the customer's question, collect information and data, explore the business, take into account different stakeholders through interviews, analyze business processes, roles and responsibilities within organizations, obtaining a helicopter view.

🔎 You develop improvement proposals.

You perform a thorough analysis, synthesize, identify potential improvements and work out solutions and transformations tailored to the customer. You then present these to your client in a structured and convincing manner.

🤝 You implement the solutions together with the client.

You engage and motivate employees, supervise workshops, monitor progress and provide feedback. A satisfied customer is the end goal!

holds a master’s degree and has a demonstrable interest in one (or more) of our domains of expertise
has a critical and analytical mindset and takes a solution-oriented approach to problems
is down-to-earth and entrepreneurial and is drawn to our corporate culture and our 4 corporate values
enjoys building relationships between people and organizations
has excellent communication skills, is a native speaker of Dutch or French, and can also express themselves well in English
is dynamic and naturally driven to improve and innovate

A New Way of Working

Ola! Crazy! We work within a holacracy framework. In most organisations, unless you're at the top, you have little influence over structure, strategy, or processes. Not at Möbius! Our structure is very horizontal: think self-steering teams, lots of ownership, responsibility and autonomy!

Flexibility

We don't believe in a one-size-fits-all work-life balance: it's different for everyone. We do care about your well-being. You manage your own schedule and decide, together with your project team, where and when you work. Nice extra: vitamins, chocolate, healthy drinks and soda are on us!

After work activities

At Möbius, you'll discover talents you never knew you had for sure! Vegan cooking? Pottery? A quiz? A party? You name it, we organise it. Completely voluntary, of course, although our short ski trip and adventure weekend are hard to resist...

Of course, a competitive salary is the base of it all!
As a consultant you are regularly expected at our customers. That is why you can count on a mobility budget or a nice electric car, which you can also use for vacation or a visit to your grandma.
With our Flex Income Plan, you can convert your end-of-year bonus into extra days off, an electric bike, a tablet, a home charging station for your car, and more. The only thing you have to worry about, is choosing!
You don't need a new washing machine every year, but luckily you can spend Eco Vouchers on much more these days: a unique find in the second hand store, a sturdy ski jacket or camping equipment: always a nice little extra!
We don't offer meal vouchers, but we do offer a net daily allowance. That's even more beneficial!
Hopefully you'll never need it, but to be on the safe side, we offer hospitalization insurance. Being able to sleep on both ears is also important to us!
As a company, we already invest in your retirement with our group insurance. You can't count solely on bingo profit to finance your retirement.
We would almost forget it because we take it for granted, but as a consultant you get a laptop, a mobile phone subscription and a budget for a smartphone, which you can use privately as well.
You also get a 13th month with us. You choose: on your account or in your Flex Income Plan - highly recommended because it's more advantageous for you!
Working with us is really cool, but we insist that you take time off too. On top of the 20 statutory days of annual leave, you get 6 extra days off (ADV) every year. And thanks to your holiday pay, you won't have to count every cocktail!

Step 5 - Offer

If we both like what we've seen, we'll gladly present you a contract offer. In this contract offer we'll detail the benefits, terms of your new role and other important information. The only step left is your signature!
