Our ideal new colleague ...

  • Has at least a Bachelor's degree.

  • Has a first working experience in recruitment and wants to develop further in the role of Talent Acquisition/HR Officer.

  • Speaks and writes perfect Dutch and English, a strong knowledge of French is definitely a plus.

  • Gets energy from working in a self-managing organization and can switch quickly when priorities change.

  • Is confident, result-oriented, structured and independent.

  • Is a team player and a persuasive communicator.
