To further support our growth in Belgium and the Netherlands and make our team even more impactful, we are looking for a part-time HR / Talent Acquisition Officer.
Your role ...
🔎 You coordinate with colleagues in our various business units to identify hiring needs. After this, you draw up attractive job descriptions and start the search.
🫱🏻🫲🏻 During job interviews you look for the perfect fit between the ambitions of the candidates and our needs as an organization. You supervise the entire recruitment process and maintain contacts with candidates.
📢 You represent Möbius as an ambassador at job events and ensure through your enthusiasm and open communication that we attract the right colleagues.
💡You are a pragmatic HR professional who makes an impact by taking the initiative, presenting ideas and giving advice. The human side is very important to you, but you don't lose sight of the business interest either.
🤗 You are the HR point of contact for all our Belgian and Dutch colleagues, actively participating in strategic challenges such as recruitment, onboarding, absenteeism policy and personnel planning.
🧱 You work further on setting up, updating and implementing our HR policy and developing our HR services.
🗺️ You participate in HR wide projects across the Netherlands and Belgium.

Has at least a Bachelor's degree.

Has a first working experience in recruitment and wants to develop further in the role of Talent Acquisition/HR Officer.

Speaks and writes perfect Dutch and English, a strong knowledge of French is definitely a plus.

Gets energy from working in a self-managing organization and can switch quickly when priorities change.

Is confident, result-oriented, structured and independent.
