As a Project & Account Manager ...

you will work on various projects for organizations in the Life Sciences and MedTech sector.

you’ll be responsible for analyzing existing business processes in Supply Chain and Operations through in-depth data analysis, conducting stakeholder interviews, and organizing client workshops to identify and address the client’s needs and challenges regarding their supply chain.

you still enjoy delving into data models and have experience with R and/or Python.

you are responsible for the entire implementation process and can coach a team of consultants to ensure the projects run smoothly in a structured manner and that all stakeholders are kept informed.

you can untangle complex issues and design and implement data-driven solutions , maintaining a very close connection with the business.
Our ideal Project & Account Manager ...

holds a Master's degree.

has at least 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain & Operations.

is fluent in Dutch and English.

possesses strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

has the necessary coaching skills to mentor a young team of consultants.

is client-oriented, a team player, and a persuasive communicator - experience in a multinational context is a plus.

is flexible, can work in a fast-paced environment, and can handle stress and changes.
