For over 28 years, Möbius has been assisting companies in setting up and rolling out their Continuous Improvement Programs. Thanks to our proven lean management experience, we support them in determining and achieving the ideal Operational Excellence Strategy.
To further support our growth, we are looking for a Continuous Improvement Consultant.
You like to:

Develop the best business strategy and implement tailor-made advice to manufacturing companies within the domain of Operational Excellence.

Execute and manage a variety of projects, monitor the project scope and results. The projects focus on Continuous Improvement, Performance Management & Standards, Improvement & Process Management, Leadership & Culture, etc.

Coach employees to help them acquire the skills they need to perform with excellence in changing operational environments.

Guide management teams through training and coaching in the areas of Enterprise Excellence Leadership, Gemba Walks, personal work organization, and Kata Coaching.

Commercially expand our services by identifying new opportunities, establishing customer contacts and realizing new projects.
Our ideal Continuous Improvement Consultant:
-
Holds a Master's degree and has 4 to 8 years of experience in the field of Operational Excellence in production environments.

Can present reference projects in the field of various improvement techniques: Root Cause Analyses (RCA), SMED analyses, SQCDME principles, daily management systems, Makigami and Kaizen events, Heijunka or production leveling, 5S, etc.

Has extensive experience in implementing work standards to embed best practices and create a solid foundation for continuous improvement.

Uses visual management tools to make various processes more clear and more efficient.

Has the ambition to promote a culture of continuous improvement, innovation and drive for perfection within and outside our company.

Is fluent in Dutch and English. Strong knowledge of French is a plus.

Is customer oriented, a team player and a persuasive communicator.

Holds a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certificate (or wishes to obtain one soon).
