Employees are given growth opportunities through an annual training budget, so learning & development is central to us. As a result, we encourage physical and mental health as well as professional development.
Our positive impact on society
Möbius also does its bit outside the organization. Through partnerships with TEJO vzw (mental help for young people), 180 Degrees Consulting (pro bono advice), and actions such as the Möbius Charity Auction, we strengthen social impact. Donations of IT equipment through Digital for Youth also shows how social and environmental goals can go hand in hand.
