Sustainable operations: ESG, ethics and governance

Internal processes at Möbius

At Möbius, we are committed to transparent, forward-looking business practices.

Through our ESG dashboard, we make sustainability data accessible to all colleagues. We work with the Holacracy organisational model and use a clear Code of Conduct as an ethical compass.

Code of Conduct

Our Code of Conduct describes the ethical standards and behavior expected of all Möbius employees. The code promotes integrity, transparency and respect in all aspects of our business.

ESG dashboard

Möbius' ESG dashboard gives all employees access to key sustainability data. It helps us transparently track our progress on environmental, social and governance goals.

Holacracy

We apply holacracy as a decentralised governance system to enable flexible, team-based decision-making. This model promotes ownership, flexibility and collaboration in all circles at Möbius.

Information Security

Möbius is committed to protecting sensitive information through robust security measures and regulatory compliance. Our systems and policies are designed to ensure the confidentiality, integrity and availability of data.
