With our Operational Excellence Community, we aim to bring professionals together to share experiences and inspire each other in an informal setting. We organize three sessions annually, featuring a mix of theme discussions in small groups around concrete OPEX cases, company visits by participants, and keynote speakers.

This edition of the OPEX Community 2025 will take place at Agristo on September 25th.

  - Case 1: Importance of motivational leadership in OMS/DMS
  - Case 2: Standard work - tool or culture?
- Break-out in groups
- Plenary feedback
20:00 - 21:00: Networking over drinks and snacks
