Who exactly is this event for?

This event is designed for decision makers, directors and managers from all domains: from HR and Operations to Services and IT. We focus not purely on the technological aspects, but also on the strategic impact of AI on your organisation, teams and customers.

Can I participate with more than one colleague?

Absolutely. In fact, we encourage this to break down silos within your organisation. That's why we also offer a 2+1 team promotion: when two colleagues register, a third can participate for free.

How do I get to the venue and is there parking?

The Profound Shift '26 takes place at Living Tomorrow in Vilvoorde. Car: Free parking is provided on site. Public transportation: The location is easily accessible by bus (stop 'Militair Hospitaal' is within walking distance).

What are the cancellation terms?

Plans may change. You can cancel up to 1 week before the event with the right to a full refund. For cancellations after this deadline a refund is unfortunately not possible, but you can of course transfer the ticket to a colleague. Please notify us of this change.

Is catering included in the price?

Yes, the price of €175 includes the full day's experience. This includes the reception with coffee, a catered networking lunch, the coffee break and the closing networking drink.

Do I need to provide my choice of breakout tracks in advance?

You do not have to make a final choice when you register. During the day itself you can join the session that is most relevant to you at that time.
