holds a master's degree.

has about 10 years of practical experience in project management from a people-oriented perspective.

is flexible, without sticking to pre-programmed models, and always finds the right approach for each specific organization.

can translate customer questions into concrete action plans and is customer-oriented, with a keen eye for the dynamics of change processes.

can execute projects efficiently in Dutch and English, with knowledge of French being a bonus.

can coach a small team of colleagues during the successful execution of projects.

has commercial skills in developing customer relationships both in terms of account management and business development.

preferably has certifications such as ADKAR, Prosci and/or CCMP (Certified Change Management Professional), ... which is not a requirement, but a plus.
