Our Customer Experience Peer 2 Peer network, established together with Els Dhaeze, creates a platform for customer experience peers and lovers to share experiences, best practices, cases and ideas about everybody’s efforts to shape a customer driven organization.
Our yearly event will take place the 17th of June in the afternoon. Argenta is our host company this year. This year, too, we would like to focus on a mix of inspiration and knowledge exchange. We provide a keynote speaker, an exciting panel discussion and theme discussions in small groups.
