Assist organizations in developing and implementing an effective change strategy and change plan. In doing so, you make the change process tangible and understandable to all stakeholders.

Has 4 to 8 years of experience in guiding and contributing to change projects from a people-oriented perspective.

Possesses extensive knowledge around change management and is experienced in engaging / training / coaching organizations and their employees in change projects. Supporting them in dealing smoothly with change in their daily operations comes natural.

Likes to understand the complexity and uniqueness of different organizations.

Can translate questions from clients into a plan of action, is customer-oriented, can deal with resistance and can communicate in a convincing and inspiring manner.

Can execute projects efficiently in Dutch and English. Knowledge of other European languages is a plus.

Is preferably certified: ADKAR, Prosci and/or CCMP (Certified Change Management Professional) is our preference. This is a plus, not an absolute must.
