you are a strong communicator and approachable, which enables you to truly understand the concerns and needs of all those involved.

you are able to find practical solutions to specific challenges and draw up a stakeholder management plan, involving both internal and external parties throughout the entire change process.

you take the lead in drawing up change plans, but you also guide organisations and teams in implementing and carrying out those important transformations.

you actively collaborate with the client to make the change process tangible and understandable, and you help them to apply new working methods and behaviours, thereby having a direct impact on the workplace.

you have great empathy and can adapt your communication to different target groups in order to implement change in a supported manner.

you are not alone: you work together with colleagues from different teams within Möbius to respond to the specific needs of the client.

has 4 to 8 years of practical experience in change management from a people-oriented perspective

has extensive knowledge and a toolkit for change management to engage/train/coach organisations and their employees and help them deal with changes in their daily work.

enjoys understanding the complexity and uniqueness of different organisations and can quickly adapt to new situations.

is flexible, without sticking to pre-programmed models, and always finds the right approach for each specific organisation.

can translate customer questions into concrete action plans and is customer-focused, with a keen eye for the dynamics of change processes.

knows how to overcome resistance and can communicate in an inspiring way to get everyone on board with the change process.

can efficiently carry out projects in Dutch and English, with knowledge of other languages – especially French – being a bonus.

preferably has certifications such as ADKAR, Prosci and/or CCMP (Certified Change Management Professional), etc., which is not an absolute requirement, but is a plus.
