Our ideal candidate:

can present at least 5-7 years of experience in healthcare e.g. within hospital pharmacy, nursing, operating theatre, patient experience, networking between healthcare institutions, central sterilization, electronic patient record or healthcare IT
has strong networking skills and builds trust with customers, suppliers, contractors ...
communicates clearly and convincingly in Dutch - knowledge of French or English is a plus
can offer customized advice and implement the best solutions
gets satisfaction from optimizing processes with a tangible impact on the quality of care

you work on the development of sustainable collaborations within healthcare, such as joint purchasing projects or targeted medical collaborations
you work on planning solutions in hospitals: from consultations and operations to bed capacity and staffing - always with an eye on efficiency and patient satisfaction
you improve patient pathways by putting the patient first, ensure close follow-up and manage processes based on measurable outcomes
work on logistical challenges in healthcare institutions, in close cooperation with supporting services such as CSA, pharmacy, lab or kitchen
