What does the job of consultant at Möbius entail?
After years of studying, the moment has finally arrived: time to put your problem-solving skills and analytical insight into practice!
As a Young Graduate, you will have the opportunity to explore different sectors and our different areas of expertise through a wide range of projects. This will allow you to gain the necessary experience and to define your own career path.
🕵️♀️ You will dive into depth.
You will explore the customer's question, collect information and data, explore the business, take into account different stakeholders through interviews, analyze business processes, roles and responsibilities within organizations, obtaining a helicopter view.
🔎 You develop improvement proposals.
You perform a thorough analysis, synthesize, identify potential improvements and work out solutions and transformations tailored to the customer. You then present these to your client in a structured and convincing manner.
You engage and motivate employees, supervise workshops, monitor progress and provide feedback. A satisfied customer is the end goal!

Ola! Crazy! We work in a holacracy framework. Unless you are at the top of the organization, you often have limited influence on the structure, strategy, processes, or policies of the organization. Not so at Möbius! We have a very flat structure, where you can take ownership. Think self-managing teams, lots of responsibility and autonomy!

We don't like empty clichés like a "good" work-life balance - after all, that balance is different for everyone. However, we care about your well-being. The job of consultant often requires some flexibility but it's up to you to decide - in consultation with your project team - where and when you work. You plan your schedule yourself and can always count on a dedicated support team and experienced colleagues for assistance. We are happy to coach you and have an ear for your concerns. In addition, we provide vitamins & chocolate, healthy drinks & soft drinks next to the necessary coffee shots!

Working with us is really cool, but we insist that you take vacation too. With a penny in the form of vacation pay, you don't have to worry about one cocktail more or less. With us, you get 6 "ADV" days yearly on top of the statutory 20 leave days.

Step 4 - Business case
If there's a match after this introductory conversation, we kindly invite you for a business case and an in-depth-interview with one of our Partners and our HR manager. This is the moment to convince us of your motivation, talent and value you can offer our clients.
Step 5 - Offer
If we both like what we've seen, we'll gladly present you a contract offer. In this contract offer we'll detail the benefits, terms of your new role and other important information. The only step left is your signature!
