AI Business Consultant

You guide clients from analysis to adoption, following our approach:

• Taking stock: per department and role, you map out which tasks are carried out, how often and how much time they take. Think of documents that are processed manually or a customer service team drowning in emails.

• Filtering: you determine which work AI can take on, based on available data, sufficient volume and repetition and a manageable margin of error. Where needed, you build in human oversight.

• Deciding: you draw up a pragmatic AI roadmap with a clear business case, and advise on whether to buy or build. Together with our AI Engineers, you turn use cases into working solutions.

• Delivering workshops and training: you explore opportunities together with the client and teach management and employees to work independently with AI tools and improved processes.

• Guiding adoption: you make sure AI becomes embedded in day-to-day work, with attention to change management, ownership and responsible AI (GDPR, EU AI Act).

The goal is never to cut jobs, but to free up time for work that creates more value.

• Holds a master’s degree and has several years of experience in consultancy, process improvement, digital transformation or an AI-related role.

• Has strong knowledge of AI and understands its possibilities and limitations.

• Has an analytical, process-oriented mindset and sees where AI can be applied smartly.

• Has experience delivering workshops or training and can explain complex concepts simply to a non-technical audience.

• Doesn’t need to be a developer, but is familiar with the latest technology: experience with Copilot Studio, low-code, Python or SQL is an asset.

• Communicates clearly in Dutch and English. Knowledge of French is an asset.

• Is proactive, curious and a true team player.
