To further support our growth and make our team even more impactful, we are looking for a Project Manager Operational Excellence.
As Operational Excellence Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

offering our clients tailored advice within the domain of Operational Excellence and implementing the best solutions within their business strategy.

executing and managing a diversity of projects where you monitor the project scope and results. The projects have a focus on Value Streams, Leadership & Culture, Strategic Workforce Planning, Continuous Improvement, Change Management, ...

coaching project team members and keeping various stakeholders informed.

commercially expanding our services by spotting new opportunities, making customer contacts and realising new projects.
Our ideal Project Manager Continuous Improvement has
-
5 to 10 years of project experience within the Operational Excellence domain, preferably in different sectors.

the ambition to propagate a culture of continuous improvement, innovation and drive for perfection within and outside our company.

a strong sales reflex and the necessary networking skills to build trust with customers and leads/prospects.
-
strong communication-skills in Dutch and preferably good knowledge of French and English.

a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certificate or is willing to obtain this soon.
